On January 24, 1984 the first Mac was introduced by Apple.
It all started with the original Macintosh 128K. The main facts about the revolutionary Apple Computer include:
• The hardware consisted of an 8 MHz Motorola 68000 processor, 128Kb RAM, 9 "(23cm) black / white screen of 512x342 pixels and a 3.5" Floppy Drive.
• The entry-level model cost $ 2495.
• The Mac 128K was provided with Mac OS System 1.0 (now this version is also available as an iPhone version).
• The standard software MacWrite and MacPaint were supplied with the Mac, both appllicaties served to support the revolutionary graphical user interface.
• The case of the 128K Mac was on the inside with the signatures of the entire Mac development team. Including the signatures of Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak.
• From the beginning, Apple wanted to produce silent computers, meaning the Mac 128k did not have a fan.
• It was not possible to upgrade the Mac 128K, all components were highly integrated on the motherboard. If you wanted to upgrade the motherboard had to be replaced.
