The Special Court for Sierra Leone delivers its final judgement in the case of former Liberian president Charles Taylor.
Taylor has been charged with countless war crimes and atrocities committed under his command during the ten-year civil war that raged over Sierra Leone in the 1990's and killed over 250,000 people.
The former president became infamous for sending child soldiers to battle under the influence of drugs and setting an extensive 'blood diamond' trade network.
Over 91 witnesses testified against Taylor but he has continued to claim his own innocence.
