Sifiso Zulu must file his heads of argument for the appeal scheduled on 1st March 2012 today, as ruled by Judge Yvonne Mathba on October 10th 2011 or else have his bail revoked.

The order followed Zulu's negligence to appear in court on his appeal hearing scheduled on September 29th 2011, choosing to go on a businesstrip instead. The Pietermaritzburg High Court reprimanded the Durban socialite and threatened to revoke his bail and send him to jail should he fail to file his heads of arguments today.

In 2008 Zulu reportedly skipped a traffic light and hit a small van with his BMW, killing two passengers inside.
