Courtney "Mow Mow" Lynchoyia White stands trial on account of killing a 64-year-old landlord during a robbery.

White was accused on the basis of eye-witness accounts placing him at the murder-site and gunshot residue samples on his clothing. Upon his arrest, he was already serving a sentence in Coralville for theft and assault at a separate incident, but denies having anything to do with the landlord's death.
