The European Congress on Obesity (ECO) brings together experts in the field to discuss the most recent scientific developments in the field of obesity.


Held annually since 1988, it includes presentations in the form of plenary lectures, review sessions and expert workshops.

Topics covered frequently include environment and prevention, epidemiology and inter-generational aspects, integrated biology and inter-organ cross-talk, genes, molecular and cellular mechanism, clinical practice and multi-disciplinary management.
