Leaders of the Nordic and Baltic countries including the United Kingdom meet in Stockholm to discuss common social challenges.

This edition will focus on two important issues that are vital to achieving long-term sustainable growth:

- How do we get more women into top positions and more women entrepreneurs?

- How do we get senior citizens to stay longer in the labour force?

The common view among all the participating nations is that stable public finances are fundamental for the achievement of long-term sustainable growth.

The meeting will be arranged in the form of free discussions to promote creative exchange. An open debate is held towards the end of the forum where the leaders present their conclusions arrived at over the two days.
