The identical to the similar worldwide fashion week events is taking place in the Bulgarian Capital Sofia.

It is a commercial, promotional and artistic fashion forum for local and international designers and fashion houses to present and indicate fashion trends before anyone else.

The Bulgarian Fashion week is made to match up to the European standard and is officially recognised and included in the global fashion calendar of the European Fashion Council.

It has been organised by the National Fashion Chamber of Bulgaria in Sofia (haute couture), Plovdiv (Pret-a-Porte) and several other big cities since 2000. People attending can expect many presentations; shows in men's, bridal, kids', holiday, dance fashion; exhibitions; photo sessions and parties.
