Belgian provincial elections 2018 -
Belgium is divided into 10 provinces
Kneiphof, Finn Bj&oslas...
The Belgian regions of Flanders and Wallonia are divided into 5 provinces each. Every province elects its provincial government (Governor, the executive council known as the Permanent Deputation and the Provincial Council) for a 6-year term.


The region of Brussels comprises no provinces. The German speaking community is located entirely in the French speaking province of Liege. The community has proposed the formation of a German speaking province, Eupen-Sankt Vith.
