A Lithuanian faces trial after release on bail.

Arturas Garliauskas (31), initially appeared before the Lerwick Sheriff Court and claimed not guilty on the charge of acting in a 'threatening and abusive manner' while residing at home early Sunday morning.

Garliauskas was advised not to get in contact with the plaintiff in the meantime.
