Nike promises that the new basketball shoes have three interchangeable cushioning systems and two inner sleeve options, which can all be mixed and matched to fit every individual's needs.
After a sneak preview of the images of the trainers, fans can purchase the Nike Air Jordan iD at the price of $205.
The Air Jordans are up for customisation on Nike's website, NikeiD. For example, New Yorkers, who perhaps wish to honour their new hero Jeremy Lin, can create a New York Knicks colour swatch. Classic looks, like the "Cool Grey" and "the Air Jordan XI "Playoffs/Bred" are still available as well. Despite the excitement surrounding the announcement about the new shoes, the sample pictures of the product, which have been circling around the web, encountered mixed reviews on its design and colours.
