Chris Schwarz, a member of the Occupy Iowa of Cedar Valley mentioned, "We have had to get back to more conventional grassroots organizing methods to get more people involved and engaged. What we're doing is building out infrastructure for the spring."
The new upcoming movements, also considerably larger, will be focusing on policy adjustments on a more broader scale. Many businesses today for example still run on old business models that just don't work anymore, unfit in today's changing global societies with decreasing employment levels.
"We have our eyes on a prize far beyond just one erection," said Garraway, university student protester at the Iowa camp. "There is a systemic problem down here that has to be addressed."
