Public hospitals' personnel across the country are on strike today. As part of the strike, employees meet at 11am outside the Ministry of Health in Athens, and outside health central services in Thessaloniki and other cities.

Employees in hospitals protest against budget cuts in health domain and hospital mergers that drive to salary reductions and hundreds of layoffs.
