Turkish film director Semih Kaplanoglu

The Los Angeles Turkish Film Festival (LATFF) host Turkey's best films and directors.

The debut of LATFF shows five award-winning films, including the winner of the Best Film Award at the 2010 Berlin Film Festival "Honey" by Semih Kaplanoglu.

The festival also holds Q&As and a short film competition, which ends with an awards ceremony on the last day of the festival. Ten short films compete for the award.

There is a special Short Shorts Corner of Japanese films as well.
