The Pan-African Forum on E-waste (electronic waste) takes place with the aim to create a place to discuss the solutions to a growing e-waste volumes problem in Africa. 


A large part of the e-waste volumes generated worldwide ends up in Africa, which threatens its environment, national economies and the health of local communities. 


The forum brings together stakeholders from the Governments of Africa, international organizations, academia and the private sector to develop an effective and, more importantly, an environment-friendly e-waste management framework.
