The 1st plenary session of the 12th National People's Congress holds its closing ceremony after having completed its agenda.
The concluding meeting is presided by the chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
At the closing meeting, NPC deputies adopt resolutions concerning the reports on government work, national development plan, budgets, and the work reports of the NPC Standing Committee, the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
