Delegates from nations from all over the world come to represent their country at the annual Mr. Gay World (MGW) Competition.


There are several rounds including sports, swim suit, photo, fashion show/runway and public speaking. An outreach to the locals is also organised, where MGW gets the opportunity to give back to the community with his participation in the pageant.


All contestants have to be over 19.
