Court hears Breivik psychiatric report
|
|
The Norweigan court examines the evidence contained in Breivik's psychiatric report in order to come to a sound decision on his mental state. The courts are yet unsure if he is criminally insane or not.
Four psychitrists along with three other experts, appointed by the court, were given the task to carry out a deep assessment.
The court expects to require no more than three day to come to a decision, upon when a final plea can be initiated.
Breivik claimed responsibility for a series of bombings and shootings in the Norwegian capital Oslo and the adjacent island of Utoya.
Breivik and the relatives of the victims have both testified.
