Morgan Stanley banker tried for stabbing cabby

|
Morgan Stanley investment banker William Bryan Jennings is heard in court on count of having stabbed a New York city cab driver over a cab fare dispute.
Jennings waived his right to a jury trial on May 1 but pleaded not guilty to charges of intimidation as a hate crime, theft and assault.
The prosecution has accused the banker of using racial slurs against the Egyptian-born taxi driver Mohamed Ammar and stabbing him in the hand with a pen knife.
