'Tanning mom' Patricia Krentcil appears in court to face child endangerment charges for allegedly allowing her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning salon.


Krentcil was charged when her daughter appeared in school suffering from several burns but she continues to insist the burns were the result of a day in the sun a few days prior to her salon visit. 


The heavily tanned Krentcil argued she would never take her daughter into a tanning salon because "there's no room and I would never permit it."
