The Istanbul World Economic Forum brings together global leaders, politicians, global actors of the business world, economists, academics, religious and opinion leaders to define international politics and strategies in sectors of the economy, environment, international relations and community and share their views with their peers and the world.


The annual forum was founded by Turkish businessman and researcher Ahmet Eyüp Özgüç in 2011 and established itself as one of the most iinfluential political forums in the world.
