DC Finance's Going Public and Raising Capital Abroad conference, will take place at the TASE's visitor's hall in Tel Aviv, Israel on September 11th. The conference is Israel's sole event dedicated to IPOs, debt issuing and other alternatives for raising capital in Israel and in various markets abroad.

Around 200 CEOs and CFOs of companies considering going public or raising capital will join us.

Hundreds of participants have attended the Going Public Abroad Conferences; altogether more than 2,500 people have attended the last five events. As in each year, the conference covers the world of public offerings from a number of different angles – what are the opportunities currently facing Israeli companies in both the domestic and foreign markets, whether a new window of opportunity has opened, what is the significance of the latest wave of corporate bond issues, the reawakening of the primary market on the TASE and foreign exchanges, legal and accounting aspects of offerings in Israel and overseas, what different exchanges offer, and much more.

In contrast to independent conferences held in Israel by legal or accounting firms in collaboration with a specific stock exchange, we do not allow exclusivity for any particular stock exchange or firm. This allows us to provide extensive, non biased and comparable information which attracts the CEOs and CFOs at Israel's top companies that are planning to raise capital or go public abroad.
