Paul McCartney performs at Olympic Opening Ceremony

Former Beatles singer and guitarist Paul McCartney performs at the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 Olympic Games.
McCartney closes the ceremony, which, together with the Paralympic Opening Ceremony, will feature around 15,000 performers. The Opening is expected to be watched by four billion people worldwide.
Earlier, it was announced that the 80's pop group Duran Duran will perform at an outdoor stage, set in Hyde Park, for the Opening Ceremony. Snow Patrol, Paolo Nutini and Stereophonics will also play at the concert.
