Samsung phones to feature African content

Samsung plans to sell phones with African content, Samsung South Africa Chief Operating Officer George Ferreira told Ghanaian reporters.
“We are about to launch something in January and that would answer the question about African content in Samsung handheld devices – you will see African videos, music and pictures in our devices,” Ferreira said.
Specifically, the Samsung representative added, the devices are to feature preloaded pictures of Kenya, South Africa and other African countries.
The South Korean company has sold 40% of its 10 million Galaxy Note II devices on the African market.
