Protesters will march from four different parts of the city before converging outside the Belfast City Hall, as loyalists uphold their vow to intensify the rallies which began early December 2012.
Jamie Bryson, a prominent protest speaker, has said that grievances surrounding the issue extend beyond the decision over the union flag.
"People feel that Sinn Fein are hell-bent on acting outside the spirit of the Belfast Agreement and by continuing with their campaign of culture cleansing," he said.
Leader of the Progressive Union Party (PUP) Bill Hutchinson has said that he does not support the decision made over the flag and expects to lodge a challenge to the Belfast City Council next week.
