OECD's Aid for Trade Policy Dialogue

The OECD stages the Aid for Trade Policy Dialogue, a high-level conference at which trade, industry and finance ministers discuss opportunities and constraints for trade aid in developing countries.

The conference focuses on how the private sector in developing countries can best position itself in the world market, how the public sector and the private sector can work together, and how developing countries can become a vital part of international value chains.

Organisers hope that the insights of the conference will provide valuable inputs to the July 2013 Global Review of Aid for Trade prepared by the World Trade Organization.
