The D66 social liberal party congress is the general assembly of the party. Held twice per year, in early spring and autumn, the congress is open to party members and non-members. The congress includes policy debates and votes on party nominations. Party members have voting rights if they paid contribution.


The 2013 spring congress, held in Eindhoven, will focus on some nominations, including the party chair person, and the 2014 Municipal elections.


Additional conferences may be announced when deemed neccessary. Conferences will be announced on the D66 website.
