Former cabinet minister Chris Huhne and his ex-wife Vicky Pryce are set to face trial over a charge of perverting the course of justice that is linked to a speeding offence in 2003.


The charges were pressed after Huhne allegedly persuaded Pryce to take his speeding points in 2003.


After Pryce pleaded not guilty on the grounds of marital coercion, Huhne also followed suit, pleading not guilty at Southwark Crown Court on January 28.
