NRA president discusses gun legislation with Democratic governor
President of the National Rifle Association David A. Keene travels to the state of Colorado to meet Democratic Governor John Hickenlooper.
The meeting, which was an initiative by the NRA, is likely to address the Democratic legislation on gun ownership in the wake of recent mass shootings at a movie theatre in Aurora and an elementary school in Newtown.
Democrats are preparing to present tighter rules on the private sales of guns and a ban on ammunition of more than 10 cartridges.
