The "Digital Broadband Migration Conference, often regarded as "the Davos of telecom", is hosted by the University of Colorado Law School and the Silicon Flatirons Center on Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship.

 

This year's theme is "The Future of Internet-Enabled Innovation" and participants will discuss the emerging changes in the Internet environment.

 

Keynote speakers include chief officers from AT&T and Time Warner Cable Inc., a Congressman and an assistant secretary of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration. There are also presentations by leaders from the Federal Communications Commission, Federal Trade Commission, Google, Level 3 Communications, Verizon, Walt Disney Company and Public Knowledge.
