Cyclists Jörg Jaksche, Dario Gadeo, Ivan Basso, Marcos Serrano, Pedro Diaz Lobato and Dr Sergio Quilez are set to testify in the doping trial against Spanish doctor Eufemiano Fuentes.
The German cyclist Jaksche previously admitted to being treated by the Spanish doctor during investigations into the doping allegations against Lance Armstrong.
On February 19, colleague cyclist Tyler Hamilton is also expected to give evidence in the case.
Fuentes and four other defendants appeared in a Madrid court for the first time on January 28, nearly seven years after police seized anabolic steroids, transfusion equipment and blood bags as part of the "Operation Puerto" probe.
