Joe Biden holds round-table session on gun safety with Philadelphia lawmakers

|
US Vice President Joe Biden travels to Philadelphia to hold a round-table session about gun safety with law enforcement officials and congressional Democrats.
The session takes place on the eve of President Barack Obama's State of the Union address. In his address to the Congress, Obama is expected to detail his second-term agenda, which includes sweeping gun-control reforms.
The measures include universal background checks for all gun buyers, tougher gun trafficking laws and bans on assault weapons.
Biden's trip to Philadelphia is one of many visits across the country to gain support for Obama's gun proposals.
