Marxist oriented Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) release three hostages after a delay allegedly caused by heavy media presence in the region of Cauca, where the release was to take place.
The hostages, two policemen and a soldier, were originally supposed to be released on February 14 and 16.
FARC and the government of Colombia have been engaged in peace talks since November last year. The negotiations are aimed at ending the country's 48-year long conflict.
