Iraqi Airways resumes flights to UK after 23 years

Iraqi Airways is to resume flights from Baghdad International Airport to London Gatwick 23 years after it stopped regular operation since the Gulf War in 1990.
The first flight will depart from London Gatwick.
The airline will use its newly purchased Airbus A330, A321 and A320 planes to operate on a weekly basis two return flights from London to Baghdad and one to Sulaimaniya.
