A judge rules on whether a temporary restraining order for Alyson Hanningan's stalker should be extended.
John Hobbs was ordered to stay away from the How I Met Your Mother actress on February 13 after she alleged that he has repeatedly threatened her and her family in online postings.
"I am in severe fear for my safety and the safety of my family," wrote Hanningan in a petition.
Hobbs, who was recently released from a mental hospital, threatened he would rape the star and take her to the "after-life".
