US Gen Jeffrey Sinclair appears in court on sexual misconduct charges -

US Army General Jeffrey Sinclair appears in court for a hearing on pre-trial motions after being charged with sexual misconduct in January. 


The charges against Sinclair include forcible sodomy, indecent acts, violating orders and adultery. 


The hearing, which will not be disclosed to the public, was originally scheduled for March by military judge Colonel James Pohl.
