Court reaches bail decision in Oscar Pistorius case after short delay

The decision was originally scheduled to be made a day earlier but was delayed due to a late court start.
Pistorius denies the pre-meditated murder charges, claiming he shot Steenkamp after mistaking her for an intruder.
The testimony of Detective Hilton Botha, responsible for leading the Pistorius inquiry, on the third day of the bail hearing showed that there are no inconsistencies with the defendant's description of the events on the night of the killing.
Botha, who was involved in a shooting two years ago and faces seven charges of attempted murder himself, will not continue to work on the case.
In a separate development, sports giant Nike has suspended its sponsorship of Pistorius.
