Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan is expected to visit the Gaza Strip.
After meeting with US President Barack Obama, Erdogan stated that his visit will also include a stop in the West Bank.
The first announcement came a day after the prime minister stated he had not changed his decision to keep from sending an ambassador to Tel Aviv unless the Israeli government lifts the blockade on the Gaza Strip.

On March 22 Israel put an end to a three-year hiatus in bilateral relations with Turkey when it apologized for the attack on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla on May 31, 2010 that killed nine Turkish activists.
