Brazil trip sees Pope visiting slum and prison -

Pope Francis is expected to visit Manguinhos slum in Rio de Janeiro when he travels to Brazil on his first international trip as pontiff.

Aside visiting Manguinhos, which is one of Rio's most known favelas, the Pope will meet with prisoners during his eight-day trip.


During his time in the country, the Pope will also attend the World Youth Day.
