Week of Chronic Disease

The organized activities during this week are designed for chronically ill and disabled people, as well as carers, and they are held throughout the country.This day is organized by the HIV Organization, Netherlands, which promotes awareness of new developments in the field of healthcare and the social life of the chronically ill.
