Wannsee Conference Anniversary

Today people observe the anniversary of the 1942 Wannsee Conference close to Berlin, where some of the most highly ranked members of the Nazi party made a final decisionabout the so called "Jewish Question". The result was the extermination of approximately 6 million Jews, in what is now known as Jewish Holocaust.

An anniversary exhibit is set at the place of the meeting, which is a grand villa on Berlin’s Lake Wannsee, as well as at war memorials, synagogues and museums all around the world.

Achronicof the events and the terrors that happened in concentration and extermination camps can also be seen during the day.
