The Magh Mela is a yearly Festival at the Confluence of 3 Rivers: the Ganges, the Yanuma and the Mythical Saraswati, which is said to join from down under.

Magh Mela is a Festival that starts with Makar Sankranti and lasts for 45 days.

Magh Mela is also called mini Khumb Mela, as that takes place every 12 years at this site (and rotates to 3 other spots in between: Nashik, Ujjain and Haridwar).
