IPC-USP Science and Standards Symposium in Mumbai

The Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC) and U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP)host the 11thScience & Standards Symposium in Mumbai.

The focus of the meeting is put on supply chain management and international quality standards for biologic pharmaceuticals.

Another key topic is the work on the Medicines Compendium (MC) of USP containing quality requirements for medicines moving in the global business.

About 400 people are expected to attend.

Through this symposium the USP, the Union Government and the IPC are trying to to promote good quality medicines access.
