Film about Biggie Smalls

Christopher Wallace best known as Notorious B.I.G, a.k.a Biggie Smalls, is regarded as one of the greatest and most influential rappers of all time. He established himself as a major hip hop artist with the release of his debut album ‘Ready to Die’ on the record label Bad Boy Records of P. Diddy in 1994.

Music critics praised him of his incredible flow, his storytelling ability about his life as a former drug dealer on the streets of Brooklyn and the seemingly effortless of his rap skills.

Around the same time that his fame rose, he became involved in a publicly fought feud with fellow rapper Tupac Shakur, who represented Death row records at the West Coast of the U.S.

Tupac accused Biggie of knowledge and involvement of a robbery at a record studio in Manhattan that resulted in him being shot five times on the night of November 30, 1994. Although Biggie and P. Diddy were at the same venue, they both denied the accusation.

If it's related with the feud or not is still a big question mark by conspiracy adaptors, but the shadow of his success culminated into a drive-by shooting whereby he got killed by a still unknown shooter after leaving a party in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997.

Biggie's sophomore and last full album ‘Life after Death’ came out 15 days after he got killed, instant reaching the number one position on the U.S. album charts.

As withmany of the greats in the music industry and unfortunate for music lovers ingeneral, his music legacy has been torned with the most awkward collaborationsand reuses by the likes of P. Diddy, under the guise of keeping his legacyalive.
