The US Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announces its decision in an anti-trust probe into Google after an earlier judgement was delayed.
FTC decided to postpone its decision after the EU took a hard line with the large search engine in December in a similar investigation.
The European Commission has been investigating informal settlement proposals from Google since July. Google is also involved in a two-year EU probe into accusations that it used its power to block rival companies, including Microsoft.
FTC has also been investigating complaints that Google has given competitive companies in lucrative areas, such as travel, a lower ranking in search results.
Google has denied all accusations. The company is said to be willing to change its business practices and to make concessions on certain patent infringement lawsuits.
