Afghan-Pakistani peace talks begin in the UK

Key talks between Afghan President Hamid Karzai and Pakistani President Asif Zardari on the Afghan peace process begin at the country retreat of UK Prime Minister David Cameron. 

It is the third round of discussions since Cameron initiated the peace talks in 2012. For the first time, foreign ministers, military leaders and intelligence chiefs will be present. 

The talks will mainly focus on border security and on the way to engage the Taliban in peace negotiations. - Afghan-Pakistani co-operation talks due to begin in UK on 2013-04-02
