Over 170,000 children had gone missing between 2008 and 2010
India's Supreme Court holds another hearing during which state governments are requested to file status report on the issue of missing children.
The hearing comes after several states failed to present their status report during the last hearing held on February 5.
Several organisations have claimed that over 170,000 children had gone missing in the country between January 2008 and January 2010. Many of whom were kidnapped for trafficking in flesh trade and child labour.
