Prosecutors present their final arguments against former Italian prime minister and business tycoon Silvio Berlusconi.
The politician is also expected to make a speech at the hearing.
Three times Italian prime minister was convicted in October 2012 of fraud linked to his business empire Mediaset and sentenced to one year in prison. He was also given a five-year ban from holding public office. The sentence has, however, been suspended pending Berlusconi's appeal.
