UN Security Council holds emergency meeting over N Korea nuclear test

The United Nations Security Council holds an emergency meeting to discuss North Korea's latest underground nuclear test.

South Korea, currently holding the chair at the council, called for the meeting and announced that the country's Foreign Minister Kim Sung-hwan would address the media in New York after the meeting.
