Iraqi Airways resumes flights to Kuwait for the first time since Saddam Hussain's forces invaded the Gulf state more than 22-years ago.

The decision comes after the Kuwaiti Parliament approved for Baghdad to pay $500 million in compensation to Kuwait's national carrier for damage caused during the 1990-1991 occupation.
