Apple releases iOS 7

Apple releases its new iPhone operating system, iOS 7, whose aim is to make the use of the iPhone "easier, faster and more enjoyable". 

Users should be able to download it 10 days after its release.

iOS 7 is highly anticipated for its many upgrades from the previous system. Some of iOS7s features include a Control Center, AirDrop for iOS, better Notification Center, enhanced Camera and Photos, new Safari, iTunes Radio, improved Siri and smarter multitasking.

The new mobile operating system was announced on June 10, 2013 during Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference, known simply as WWDC . The new operating system was at that point  released  on beta, as it had been previously rumored. On the same day, Apple announced also the release of OS X Mavericks .
